The TV was first put on 233 Volts, via change over relay a voltage of 600 V was applied. The psu cap vented and exploded.
The TV fuse was bypassed with a 3 / 16" bolt.

Electrical Isolation was carried out prior to assessment.

At 01:38 I say de-energize device, means switched off at source so the application of water for extinguishment was warranted.
